The following describes how Gamma handles information collected from users of the Phone-C service, hereinafter referred to as the Service, through the Phone-C extension for Chrome and its companion web pages.
Personal Information
We may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users access the Phone-C service using the Phone-C Chrome extension or the companion web pages on the site.
NON-Personal Information
We may collect non-personally identifiable information about Users whenever they interact with our Service. Non-personal identification information may include browser name, computer type and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Service, such as the operating system and Internet service providers used and other similar information.
Information used
Upon installation of the Phone-C extension for Chrome, you will be prompted to grant a number of permissions to Gamma via standard OAuth 2.0 user authentication. Those permissions will grant Gamma access to your Google™ account and certain personal information stored in it through the use of Google™ APIs. Other data will be submitted by the User during the use of the Service in configuration forms or similar and others may be collected during the use of the Service by the Phone-C network. In any case, your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of providing this Service in the capacity of data processor. The data used are the following:

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information stored on our systems. This information will only be retained for the performance and management of the Service.
Personal Information Generated
The following information is uploaded to your Google™ account. This information is generated by your use of the Service, but not collected or stored on our servers.
Use of personal information
The information that Google™ receives when the User uses Google Chrome™ is subject to the Google™ Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.google.es/intl/es/policies/privacy/.
As for possible international transfers that Google™ may make, you can find information about its commitments by accessing https://www.google.es/intl/es/policies/privacy/frameworks/.
In any case, the User is responsible for the data that Google™ receives when the User uses Google Chrome™ and is therefore also responsible for ensuring that the processing of such data (including any international transfers that may be made) is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. In this regard, Gamma merely performs the technical task of integrating the PBX extension by using a Google Chrome™ browser extension.
Gamma does not request or process Users' personal information outside of the application or for purposes other than the use of the Service.
Before installing the Phone-C extension in the Google Chrome™ browser, Gamma will obtain the User's consent to store, access or share the data stored in his or her Google™ G Suite or Gmail account or to send him or her notifications. The User may uninstall Phone-C from the Google Chrome™ browser and access to its data at any time.
Third Parties
Gamma does not share your information with any third-party companies.
Changes to the privacy policy
Gamma may modify these terms at any time. Notice of modifications to these terms will be posted on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will be effective as soon as they are posted. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
