The following describes the manner in which Gamma handles the information collected from the users of the Phone-C service, from this point forward, the Service, through the Phone-C Chrome extension and its complementary web pages.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users access to the Phone-C Workservice using the Phone-C Chrome extension or the site complementary web pages.

 

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Service. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Service, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Information We Collect

Upon the installation of the Phone-C Chrome extension you will be asked to grant a series of permissions to Gamma through an industry-standard OAuth 2.0 user authentication. Those permissions will grant Gamma access to your Google account and to certain personal information stored on it through the use of Google APIs. Some other data will be explicitly submitted by you during the use of the Service in configuration forms or similar and some other can be collected during the use of the Service by Phone-C network . In any case your personal data will be used with the sole purpose of delivering the Service and improve your user experience. The data collected is the following

·       Your email address, name and last name

·       Your phone numbers

·       Your Contacts information

·       Addresses in your email headers

·       Phone numbers in your emails bodies

·       The data to access your SIP service at the corporate PBX

·       The history of your telephone calls made and received using the Service

·       Email addresses of those with whom you want to stablish screen sharing or video sessions

 

Personal Information Stored

The following information is stored at our servers

·       Your email address, name and last name

·       Your phone numbers

·       Your Contacts information (only the corporate ones)

·       The data to access your SIP service at the corporate PBX

·       The history of your telephone calls made and received using the Service

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information stored on our systems.

Personal Information Uploaded to your account

The following information is uploaded to your Google™ account. Such information is generated by the service but not collected or stored in our servers.

·       The recording of the calls that you choose to record by the use of the “Record” functionality

·       The partial transcription of your recorded calls

·       Calendar appointments to remind you of calling back those who you chose not to attend by the use of the “Call you later” functionality

 

Use of Personal Information

The information that Google ™ receives when the USER uses Google Chrome ™ is subject to the Google ™ Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.google.es/intl/es/policies/privacy/.  Google ™ complies and adheres to the framework of the Privacy Shield Framework between the European Union and the United States of America in terms of collecting, using and retaining personal information from member countries of the European Union. More information on Google ™ commitments can be obtained in this regard by accessing https://www.google.es/intl/es/policies/privacy/frameworks/.

Gamma does not request or deal with the personal information of the USERS outside the scope of the application or for other purposes than the use of the Phone-C Service.

Before installing the Phone-C Chrome extension in the Google Chrome ™ browser, Gamma will seek the consent of the USER to store, access or share the data stored in your Google Suite Gmail or Gmail account or make notifications. The USER can uninstall Phone-C from the Google Chrome ™ browser at any time and the access to his data.

Changes to this privacy policy

Gamma may modify these terms at any time. Notice of modifications to these terms will be posted on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective as soon as they are posted. If You do not agree to the modified terms, You should discontinue Your use of the Products.
